  • Day 01: Hanoi – Arrival (D)

    - Upon arrival at Noi Bai airport, you are warmly welcomed by our Tour guide and transferred to your hotel in Hanoi capital for check in (check in-time is from 14:00). Be free and relax after long journey.
    - This evening you will enjoy welcome dinner at local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi.

    - 06:00-08:00: Have breakfast at hotel
    - 08.00: We’ll pick you up from hotel take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho – and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969.
    - 09.30: You’ll visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which is actually a group of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake.
    - After that, you’ll have a chance to explore the Tran Quoc Pagoda on the shore of west lake. From there, it’s onto the Temple of literature, which was Viet nam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius.
    - 12.30: You have lunch at the restaurant in the Old Quarter. Afterwards, you’ll visit Hoan Kiem Lake - the heart and soul of Hanoi.
    - 14:30: Visit to Museum of Ethnology. This superb museum showcases the depth of Vietnamese cultural diversity with an astounding collection of 15,000 artifacts gathered from throughout Vietnam. Maps, displays and dioramas are labelled in Vietnamese, French and English. Displays portray a typical village market, the making of comical hats and a Tay shamanic ceremony; videos show the real thing. You can also check out a traditional Black Thai house reconstructed in the museum. There's also a centre for research and conservation where scientists from all over the world study traditional Vietnamese culture
    - 16:30: Transfer to Thang Long theatre and enjoy Water Puppet Show at Thang Long theatre
    - 19:30: Enjoy dinner at local restaurant
    - 21:00 Transfer back to hotel. Overnight at hotel in Hanoi

    - 06:00-07:30 Have breakfast at hotel
    - 07:30: Check out and leave your hotel for Hung Yen province (45km from Hanoi center), on the way, you will wear a Farmer Shirt and a Conical Hat delivered by our tourguide
    09:00: Arrive An Thi – Hung Yen province, take a visit to a local Market to see how they sell/buy, a Pig Farm, a Pagoda, a traditional typical house of local people in the North of Vietnam.
    - 10:30 Learn and do traditional ways of soiling, planting and watering vegestable, of controlling a water buffalo, of catching fishes… you will be come a real local Farmer
    - 12:00 Return to Tuan Anh Home (a countryside riverside garden villa) where you can take relax or row a boat, catch fish on the river
    - 13:00 Have local lunch with traditional food like spring roll, boil chicken, fried fish, pork paste, water spinach… Tuan Anh Home offer a traditional fork song Show by local people band while you having lunch
    - 15:00 Leave Tuan Anh Home for Ha Long Bay
    - 17:00 Arrive Ha Long bay and check in
    - 19:30 Have dinner at local restaurant.

    - 06:00-08: Have breakfast at hotel
    - 08:00 Check out and enjoy a great cruise on a private junk through the wonderful world of the bay (approx. 4 hours). Visit Thien Cung & Dau Do Cave (grotto of the wooden stakes) where in 1288 one of Vietnam’s most famous Generals, Tran Hung Dao amassed hundreds of stakes deep inside the cave prior to a battle with an invading Mongol army. Then we visit the stunning Thien Cung cave (Heavenly Palace Cave), famous for its stalagmites and stalactites the cave has only been opened to the public since 1998. A delicious seafood lunch will be served on board before journeying back to Halong Wharf.
    - 13:30 Leave Ha Long bay for Noi Bai airport for flight to Da Nang. On arrival, meeting our tour guide and transfer to your hotel in Hoi An for check in. Dinner is at local restaurant.

    - 06:00-08:00 Have breakfast at hotel
    - 08:00 Ride by bicycle to Tra Que Vegetable Village, experience a day of living and working with the local farmers in this village. Welcome drink for rest and walk through the vegetable gardens where local farmers work on their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago, no electrical machinery here. A tour of the organic vegetable and herb gardens can include some time working in the field if you like, or merely observing and learning about the system and the fresh ingredients. Upon returning to the house, we were all treated to an herbal foot massage followed by a session of cooking various local dishes such as: Tam Huu Spring Roll, Banh Xeo or the local pancake of the people from the middle region and to enjoy a delicious lunch of local specialties what you have cooked.
    - 14:00 After lunch, we will take a short trip to visit Vineco Vegetable Garden by electric car - It is a new generation vegetable garden of Vinpearl
    - The rest of the day you will visit Hoi an ancient town. Hoi An was a major Asian trading port in the 17th and 18th centuries and its architecture and relaxed lifestyle has changed little over the years. Take a walking tour of the ancient town center to visit former merchants’ houses, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge and the colourful market. Shopping at tailor shop or handicraft store. Dinner is at local restaurant.

  • Day 06: Hoi An – Da Nang – Hochiminh City Tour (B/L/D) ~ by Vietnam Airline

    - 06-08:00: Have breakfast at hotel
    - This morning, we will transfer to Da Nang airport for flight to Hochiminh City. Upon arrival, meeting tour guide and transfer to your hotel. Lunch is at local restaurant
    - Afternoon, we'll start to visit to War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, Saigon Post Office. End of the day free time for shopping at Ben Thanh Market, whose clock tower over the main entrance to what was formerly known as Les Halles Centrale is the symbol of Saigon. Opened first in 1914, it features one-way aisles loaded with people clamoring to sell you cheap goods (T-shirts, aluminum wares, silk, bamboo, and lacquer) and postcards. Dinner is at local restaurant.

    - 06:00-08:00: Have breakfast at hotel,
    - 08:00 Tour guide & driver will pick up at hotel and depart to Mekong Rustic
    - Arriving at Cai Be in the morning at around 11:00 AM, you will be welcomed by the hospitable smile of the local guide and invited some fresh fruit or drink before embarking on a boat to visit Cai Be inland and floating market and traditional villages where they produce candies, bánh tráng (rice paper) etc. There you can observe the daily life of local people who live mostly based on the river sources. We may buy some fresh tropical fruits on the local seller’s boats and engage in the conversation with them. Leaving the market, continue aboard to head to Mekong Rustic homestay on Tan Phong isles surrounded by lush tropical fruit gardens. There you check in, enjoy tea and welcome fruits and a Southern style Vietnamese lunch prepared by the host family.
    - In the afternoon, local host will show you to his orchards where he shares his experience on how to take care of the garden and pick fruits as it is his daily work. Let’s listen to Don Ca Tai Tu (traditional fork songs of Southern people) while enjoying your self-picked fruits from his garden.
    - In the late afternoon, we'll go the vegetable garden and pick veggies for your dinner. After that we all prepare and cook a family meal with the help of local host.
    - Homestay overnight in the host family surrounded by tropical garden.

  • Day 08: Mekong Rustic – Hochiminh City (B/L/D)
    Day 08: Mekong Rustic – Hochiminh City (B/L/D)

    - Wake up in the early morning to enjoy the fresh air of Mekong Delta and then take a stroll around the home-stay, there your 2nd day tour in Mekong starts.
    - Breakfast will be ready in the meantime. After breakfast, you will cycle to visit local kindergarten if it is a school day (optional). On route, stop at a local farmer’s house and learn how to make Jackfruit leaf cake. Continue to cycle and stop at a bonsai garden and meet the host. He will introduce the way they plant the bonsai and take care the orchards.
    - After making a loop around the isles on the bicycle, we return homestay, have a short rest before saying goodbye to the friendly host. We check out at 11:00 - 11:30 and leave Tan Phong Isles. The ferry will take you back the wharf. Lunch is at local restaurant
    - Afternoon, we will transfer back to Hochiminh City. Dinner is at local restaurant.
